Prada Saffiano Tote Bag Review

The House of Prada emerged during the turn of the century, but it wasn't a global iconic brand until after 1978, when Miuccia Prada took over the creative and business reins.

Miuccia Prada was very hands on about the design and quality of the leather and fabrics they use for their designs. He developed their signature crosshatched leather called the Saffiano, durable yet soft.

You may take interest in a Celine, Louis Vuitton, Channel, Valentino but nothing comes close to the elegance of a Prada. Though Hermes connoisseurs may care to argue.

This saffiano leather gave the luxury handbag its structured look without the material being too hard or boxy. Saffiano leather has that kind of quiet elegance that matches its price point.

Note to the career ladies out there, the Saffiano Tote is also the ideal first bag you can buy with your own hard earned money. It’s the kind of bag you can lug around and take pride of the purchase because it speaks of your grit and sense of style. You can also guess the number of celebs going about town with their Saffianos to match their OOTDs.

Hence, pop icon Taylor Swift seen with her own Prada Saffiano!

Expect the price scale to be high, but you don’t have to rob a bank to own one, just saving enough and being smart about your money, you can eventually own your desired luxury handbag. The Prada Classic Saffiano bags come in a variety of shapes from totes to minis, currently costing from $9,660 to around $1,700. And yes, though the Saffiano Tote is pricey, it’s still a very achievable goal.

What's great about Prada Saffiano tote is that the style of the bag is timeless! Quite suitable for any stylish gal’s age or at any time of your life. So if you’re looking to buy a luxury designer statement bag for work, and probably want to use it for many years, go for the Saffiano tote, it’s the type of bag that will age nicely with your style.

Swimwear 2017: Hello Skin Tone Nude Swim Suits and Bikinis

Here's a fashion trend that seems like a good idea at first. Remember that hot trend a few years back where the ladies started wearing skin tone leggings and jeggings?

Like wearing it absolutely everywhere! Nude jeggings to work, at the bus stop, at Starbucks! You can't help but gawk and think for a split second - did that lady forget her knickers?

Like I said, it seemed like a good idea, up to a point. Well some ladies, don't really get it - when it looks unflattering don't rock that color. Well somehow that's whole idea with skin tone leggings, right? You look definitely in the nude at first glance. Or a walking piece of sausage? Depends.. Hmm..

So what am I getting at? It seems all that nude, skin tone look didn't just die out - it was just getting started and now its payback time as all those possible skin tone combos will peak this summer. Expect a throng of sunbathers to rock a nude swimsuit!

No, that's not a nudist beach colony trying on a second skin, that's nude tone beachwear! You might notice as you arrive at your coastal locale. And you gotta hand it to Kylie Jenner for being the early adopter in skin tone swimwear.

If  you're fun and fearless then show off all your curves, no need to cover up, skin neutral swimwear is deceptively modest and sleek. As for swimsuit silhouettes, there are a lot choose from that suits your taste.

The 2014 Converse Jack Purcell: Shibori Edition

The Jack Purcell of Converse has always been a pretty interesting pair of shoes. Still not content with what they have to offer, Converse will soon offer the Shibori version of their popular shoe line.

The word Shibori means "twisting" in Japanese. Shibori is a type of handicraft, similar to tie dyeing, wherein a sheet of canvas is dipped into dye and twisted to make interesting patterns.

The process utilized to make these shoes will ensure that each and every pair is unique. I personally love the blue color of the Shibori and I'll definitely look out for them. These shoes will soon be available in a limited number of Converse stores.

Are You Ready for a Plunge Bra? The New Sexy Low

In a world of Spanx and anything tighter than a corset, the big reveal nowadays is often centered on the mammaries. You can say cleavage bra or push bra, but those two things are not the same, the same goes for the new trendy bra called the Plunge Bra, the brassiere that aims to create an alluring low center cleavage.

Though there's the Side Cleavage Bra for last year's celebrity side boob trend (I just sincerely hope all that side-boob expose' will come to an end).

As some sideboobs went shopping about tinseltown totally braless!

And I hope the Plunge Bra trend is the answer to that and what with their killer U-Plunge Bra, I am not surprised. Celebs have taken to wearing U-Plunge bras on the red carpet like ducks to water.

Plunge bras offer a 2 cup boob boost plus a sexy center cleave meant for dresses like these. The cups are molded, no fabric lines or seams can disrupt the boob contour and silhouette. They also offer great breast support, not bad if you're choosing to going 'low' for the occasion.

No matter how low the cut, or how creatively revealing your dress maybe with a Plunge bra you can confidently stride around without feeling naked.

Missoni Zigzag Twizy

Missoni is putting its iconic signature print on this car! Its kind of a Twizy, but its the only car in the world customized by Missoni, and sold at auction for 130,000 CHF in Switzerland in support of the Action Innocence cause- to protect children's dignity and integrity online.

This isn't the first charity campaign by the Missoni brand, earler efforts include the Pudsey Teddy Bear.

To raise funds for BBC Children in Need's charity projects, the classic Missoni fabrics in bright colours were used to make this lovable bear.

Quite sad, the design icon Ottavio Missoni died last month at the age of 92. He started his fashion atelier with his wife Rosita and created his famous zigzag fabric patterns using his skills on simple graph paper.

His zigzag legacy still lives on and remains a central part of the Missoni brand.

The Guy at the Desk

My personal assistant is taking notes today. And he keeps me busy all week.

He's terrible with errands though. I asked him to get me milk, eggs and a copy of Vogue Italia and he comes back like this:

How can I even work sensibly under these conditions?

If you have any nagging questions about fashion, do leave a comment or watch my PA do his hot and nasty in this video.
