Kolfinna Kristofersdottir

Iceland, with its tongue-twisting names (remember Eyjafjallajökull?), is leaving us speechless once again. Kolfinna Kristofersdottir has been on every casting director's radar since her Marc Jacobs exclusive at the fall '12 shows, her first season. She then opened and closed Christopher Kane in London before killing it in Milan, walking for Prada, Versace, Fendi, Missoni, and Bottega Veneta.

Kolfinna's pixieish features have also earned her a few high-profile international Vogue castings, including April's Prom Night editorial in Vogue Italia, shot by Steven Meisel, and a shoot in Vogue Germany's May issue. A cross between Bjork and Karlie Kloss, she's clearly made to be seen.

Balenciaga Spring Ads 2012

A possible throwback to Patti Smith's starving years as a young musician holed up in flea bag motels, Balenciaga triumphantly channels an era of junkie and rocker chic fashion, complete with the apartment clutter that comes with missed periods and heroin overdoses.

The Balenciaga spring campaign was shot by photographer Steven Meisel with models Laura Kampman, Rosie Tapner, Juliane Gruner and Kirstin Liljegren.

Miss J Alexander and her Fierce Legs All in One Book

Follow the Model: Miss J's Guide to Unleashing Presence, Poise, and Power is the fashion bible for all things Miss J.
If you would like to know how this leggy creation called Miss J came about, this book is strong on the  biopic melodrama and self-help mantras. Miss J is always the fab lady on every page.
The ANTM Judge and Catwalk guru dishes on the scoop and the stance on how to be your very own Supermodel. Good read if you want to stop yourself short from emo eating and just want to feel fabulous!
